Leal & Co Ltd is actually looking for a Human Resources Officer.
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- To provide accurate, timely and efficient HR services to several Companies of the Group.
- Responsible for the operational aspects of HR processing and related activities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To undertake the TNA exercise by compiling the individual development plans derived from the appraisal review and analyse the company requirements
- To prepare and issue training reports for each department
- To compile data and issue the training budget to all HODs
- To organise trainings as per checklist and liaise with HRDC for application and refund
- To actively participate in all welfare committees and activities
- To actively participate in the EOY party committee and organisation
- To prepare budget forecast for approval
- To liaise with FMSC for on-going competitions (registration, licenses, payments)
- To prepare budget for approval and liaise with employee representatives, arrange for purchase of equipment, f&b, transport, and booking of sports venues
- To register new recruits on the system
- To advise employees on queries regarding leaves, including the use of the Employee Self Service platform
- To issue detailed attendance reports for review and disciplinary actions
- To prepare budget for approval
- To liaise with supplier(s) and arrange for measurements
- To issue uniforms to all those eligible within prescribed delays
- To follow-up contracts and stipends refunds
- To train employees on the system, input objectives and follow-up
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma in Human Resources Management from a recognized institution
- Any higher relevant qualification will be a definite advantage.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in a group of Companies operating in different fields of activities
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fully Computer literate (MS package)
- Knowledge of an HR software (Sicorax will be a definite advantage)
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Result oriented
