HR Officer

>To implement HR strategies and policies. >To be responsible for the delivery of all HR functions (Recruitment, Performance Management >System, Training, Employee Welfare, Medical and Pension Scheme, Time and Attendance System, payroll as well as day to day administration).

• To implement HR strategies and policies.
• To be responsible for the delivery of all HR functions (Recruitment, Performance Management System, Training, Employee Welfare, Medical and Pension Scheme, Time and Attendance System as well as day to day administration).
• To process payroll using Sicorax.
• To manage IR matters.
• To promote employee engagement.
• To prepare monthly reports and ensure statutory returns are done within the set deadlines.
• To ensure legal compliance with applicable laws.
• Perform any other administrative duties as may be assigned by the management.

• Having 5 years of working experience as HRO in manufacturing sector.
