Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the offshore sector, is looking for an HR Manager.

 

Our client, in the offshore sector, is looking for an HR Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible to oversee the management of Human Resources department and identify opportunities for improvement and resolves problems.

Main responsibilities:

  • Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit talent employees.
  • Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management and employees informed of new developments.
  • Develops and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
  • Enhance HRIS system to eliminate administrative tasks, empower employees, and meet the growing needs of the organization.
  • Coordinates all training programs, and assigns the responsibility of Human Resources and managers within those programs.
  • Leads the upgrade of the performance management system that shall include performance development plans and employee development programs.
  • Coaches Managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with the employees who report to them. Conducts investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth.
  • Leads the implementation of company safety and health programs.
  • Leads company compliance with all existing laws and government reporting requirements
  • Actively engage with all level of employees to create and sustain a solid relationship network
  • Provide consultancy services and support to external clients on all HR issues pertaining to their business activities.
  • Plans and oversees employees’ events held throughout the year.

Qualification:

  • Degree or post-graduate degree in Human Resources Management.
  • 6 years of progressive leadership experience in HR positions.
  • Proven knowledge in Employment laws and regulations of Mauritius.

Candidate profile:

  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and with a real can do attitude.
