Responsible for assisting in all stages of the recruitment cycle, from responding to enquiries, arranging interviews and Supporting successful staff induction.

 

Duties

  • Providing extensive administrative support.
  • Organising of welfare activities for employees.
  • Maintaining confidentially of sensitive matters.
  • Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system;
  • Assisting in any ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.
  • Participate in recruitment process.
  • Providing customer service to organization employees.
  • Setting appointments and arranging meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bsc Management & Human Resource.
  • Experience in the IT field will be an advantage.
  • Must possess strong Interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
