Responsibilities
• Participate in the development, implementation and achievement of the annual business and market plan objectives to achieve individual sales goals
• Direct report including day to day management of action plans, annual reviews & quarterly action step development
• Responsible for meeting and exceeding Corporate and Incentive Group revenue
•Create and establish sales action plans
• Establish monthly sales forecast
• Understand and actively utilize company marketing initiative/incentives to close on business
• Assist in implementing special promotions relating to direct sales segments
Experience:
• 3 - 5 years in a similar position;
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry.

• Valid driving license is a must;
• A clean certificate of character is a must.
