A consultancy with a reputation for offering excellent training and support alongside a broad range of sectors, is seeking a bright and enthusiastic, Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
An ideal role for a Graduate/Trainee Quantity Surveyor seeking their first or second role with an established, PQS/Consultancy. Working alongside Chartered Quantity Surveyors, you will assist on a variety of residential, infrastructural, and commercial projects.
Skills/Qualifications Required:
- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Related Degree
- Sufficient A-Level results and Terms/Degree Results
- Good IT literacy
- High levels of numeracy and literacy
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Capable of working to strict targets and timescales
- Capable of communicating effectively and efficiently with design teams and colleagues
- Must have core knowledge on Measurement with drawings using Take off sheets or Software
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience within the construction industry would be preferable
