Manage and work on the general procurement (Administrative task and service)for multi countries, including procurement for Mauritius, Madagascar, Botswana, Comoros, etc.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Procurement plan: Work on strategic planning for the administrative procurement management in multi countries to support the business success of procurement demand department, including but not limited to preferred supplier list management, cost management, process and efficiency improvement.

2. Procurement fulfillment: Respond to all internal administrative procurement enquiries regarding pricing, lead time, availability, open order book and order schedule. Including but not limited to performance supplier qualification, supplier selection, contract drafting and signing, PO sourcing.

3. Internal control: Improve policies and procedures for risk management and cost mitigation. Maintain a fair, clear and transparent procurement atmosphere with suppliers.

4. Document management:Managing filing processes of Procurement documents, including but not limited to supplier qualification document, supplier selection document, contract and all report.

5. Supplier management: Performance evaluation and annual PSL review.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s Degree+ from Top 3 universities in Mauritius. Overseas study is preferred.

2. Experience of working within a business administration or procurement administration position. 5+ years experiences on procurement or purchasing, from international company like HP, IBM is preferred.

3. Excellent English speaking and writing. French or Chinese speaking is a plus.

4. Good understanding of internal purchasing system.

5. Understands principles of Vendor management.

6. Know how to manage bidding/negotiation/price comparison.

7. Know how to remote control the procurement activities in other country.

8. Do accept business traveling to support procurement project.

9. Ability to work in a busy and fast pace environment.
