Provides leadership, direction, supervision and motivation to the Front Office team
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
•HSC level or equivalent / SC level with professional training experience
•Diploma with specialisation in Front Office from a recognized institution (NC4)
•3 Years experience in hotels or resorts as Receptionist or Guest Relation and strong familiarity with hotel management system such as MS Office tools, Opera, Micros, Win HMS…
•Fluent both in English and French, a third language would be an advantage
•Handling and monitoring of guests complaints and the relevant follow up action required
•Ensure checking-in and checking-out all Hotel guests in a timely and courteous manner
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
*Live in the North
*Hold a certificate of character
*Ability to work odd and extra hours
