Job Description:
-Leading a project in product development from scratch until finished product is on sale
-Responsabilities include managing raw ingredients to be uses, the packaging, advetisement, machines, etc
-Taking part in tasting sessions
-Culinary skills would be an advantage
Candidate Profile:
-Academinc background in food science or related to food studies
-Good planning and organisational skills
-Meticulous, outgoing and resourceful
-Candidate should have a good palate and be able to taste and indentify different kind of ingredients and products
-High exposure to multiple cultures and food
-Living nearby the north west part of the island
Other information:
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm
Salary: Rs 15 000 - 25 000 (Experienced based)
