Responsible for all the food and beverage operations, which includes restaurant, beverage and room service operations. Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct the administration and planning of the Food and Beverage department to meet the needs of the operation.
- Develop restaurant concept product and service standards in view to maximize revenue.
- Participate actively and provide inputs in respect of Food and Beverage marketing activities and / or initiatives.
- Improve menu offering to exceed customers' expectations continuously.
- Conduct trends analysis of Food and Beverage prices in a timely manner.
- Manage and control food and Beverage costs as per approved budget.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all food and beverage service areas are maintained.
- Assist the Food and Beverage team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. managers day to day opeartions, ensuring teh quality, standards and meeting the expectations of teh customers on a daily basis
- Perform any other job related duties.
Requirements:
Hold at least a diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent relevant qualifications.
Have a minimum 5 years of experience in similar job role.
Have a strong customer focus
Excellent knowledge of product trends and current awareness of industry standards.
Have a strong customer service focus.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
