Financial Analyst

The real estate arm of Terra is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated person to work in close collaboration with the Property development team in taking the most appropriate decision concerning investment programs for any upcoming project.

The Key/Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and maintain complex feasibility models, controls and documentation relevant to each  project including operational analysis
• Provide analytical information to support discussions with both internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in all elements of project development and in financial structuring of new projects
• Perform various KPIs analysis on projects
• Assist with annually and quarterly forecasting and reporting
• Collect and analyse relevant data to identify real estate market trends

Knowledge, skills & experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or any related field with 3 – 5 years experience as Financial Analyst or equivalent
• ACCA or CFA Qualified would be a definite advantage
• Strong analytical skills and attentive to details
• Well versed with Microsoft Office with an expert knowledge of MS Excel
• Excellent communication [written & spoken] and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in autonomy and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
