JOB NO. 201716: FUND ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE SAFYR UTILIS LTD a Management Company regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius and accredited with the Chartered Institute of Taxation (UK) as Chartered Tax Adviser, is currently recruiting a Fund Administration Executive.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Filing all client documentation;
  • Preparing incorporation documents/pack for the incorporation of GBC1, GBC2, Funds, Trusts, Domestic Companies, or such other fiduciary structure as may have to be incorporated by the Company, and liaising with the FSC and ROC or any other third party to obtain the relevant licences and certificates;
  • Preparing documents/pack for the opening of bank accounts for GBC1, GBC2, Funds, Trusts, Domestic Companies, or such other fiduciary structure as may have to be incorporated by the Company;
  • Attending to company secretarial tasks and company administration task for entities in the Department;
  • Ensuring client service within each portfolio is delivered within the deadlines set between the Company and its clients;
  • Executing any other tasks related to the job position, which may be assigned from time to time by the SENIOR EXEC, Head, Executive Committee or Board of Directors of the Company.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • HSC with maths and accounting as main;
  • ACCA and relevant working experience would be an advantage;
  • Degree in Accounting and Finance would be an advantage;
  • Hands-on, self-motivated and naturally organised individual;
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines;
  • Proactive, task driven and positive attitude;
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task.
