FRENCH SPEAKING IT SUPPORTER - CEBU, Philippines

One.com, the world’s leading provider of Web hosting solutions, now has opening for French Speaking Helpdesk Support staff at our Support Centre in Cebu IT Park, Philippines. The job is to serve our customers online via our 24/7 online chat support as well as e-mail.

Cebu I.T. Park is an impressive business hub flanked by modern skyscrapers and impressive feats of architecture. It spans an area of 59 acres (24 hectares) and has become known as a hub for information technology firms.

We offer 
The job is 48 hours per week, 6 days. We work in 3 shifts rotating monthly. Full training will be given in Cebu. 

Salary Package 
We offer USD 1750 per month + transportation + private health insurance + annual paid vacation and air ticket to home country 

Job type 
The position is full time and to start as soon as possible.

First step for selected candidates will be an online test followed by a phone interview.

Visa to Cebu and air ticket will be provided to successful candidate.

Previous Customer Service Representative experience is a plus, preferably within IT. Previous helpdesk experience and knowledge of HTML, PHP and MySQL an advantage.
