FOREMAN (ADV CL)

Ensure that production targets are achieved and up to standard.

Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Understand work methodology, identify and anticipate any possible problems that may
arise;
• Perform daily on-site inspections;
• Ensure that production targets are achieved and up to standard;
• Closely monitor job progress, budget and inform Supervisors of any discrepancies;
• Supervise operators, machines and subcontractors on site;
• Complete all necessary paper work and daily reports of site progress.

Profile:
• Three to Five years’ experience in simliar role;
• Experience in On-Site Supervision;
• Excellent Communication and Leadership skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and team player;
• Possess a valid driving licence.
