Coordinate & supervise activities to ensure optimum care and assistance to guests

Ensure high level of quality services are delivered to guests at all times

Handle and monitor of guests complaints and the relevant follow up action required

Give relevant and up-to-date information to guest

Welcome guests and give information and advice on respective activities and facilities

Interact with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement

Encourage guests to participate in various sports and leisure / entertainment activities

Encourage upselling

Carry out the weekly sport and leisure / entertainment program

Participate in evening shows / sport activities organised by the Department

Ensure that all the multimedia system and instrument regarding the band are in good and functioning condition

Ensure “mise en place” of all multimedia system / musicians for any special events
