English Telemarketing Agents

We are looking for telemarketing Agents to join our team on an appointment based setting campaign.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Employment Status: Full Time 
• Working Hours: 05:00—14:00, Monday to Friday 
• Attractive remuneration (high incentives) and possibilities for growth within the company

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Must have a very good level of English (oral and written)
• Positive attitude, results orientated & up for a challenge 
• Call centre experience or previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Must be committed, self motivated and has the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Must be able to multitask
• Computer literate (Office/Internet)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide customers with product and service information 
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures 
• Ensuring all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded
• Demonstrates excellent listening & problem solving skills
