DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reading of log book at the reception before starting a shift.
• Handling over from morning shift to night shift.
• Verify list of arrival & Departure.
• Ensure that Luggage room is clean.
• Check water and charge of the club car.
• Preparing Cold towel for arrival and visit
• Check the Beach towel stock.
• Grouping of luggage’s while making Arrival.
• Deliver luggage in room.
• Maintain and handle own vehicles.
• Maintain regular checks on vehicles and report malfunctions to the management as soon as possible.
• To be able to respond to guest questions, issues and problems regarding transportation, hotel services and local events, points of interest and activities.
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE:
• Be punctual in attendance and strictly maintain timing schedules.
• Needs to have a thorough knowledge of the roadways in and around their city.
• Maintain the hotel van; gas, oil, cleanliness; filling in daily van reports and reporting any malfunctions on a daily basis.
• A friendly, outgoing personality with positive attitude
• Speak and understand English and French with a third language as advantage
• Flexibility to work odd hours.
• Valid driving licence for private car & van.
