The Client is seeking to recruit a Division Coordinator - Wellness and Spa (Admin Officer/Assistant)
Responsibilities:
. Provide support and develop presentations, reports, memos and other relevant documents
. Provide secretarial and administrative support to management team
. Manage Seven Colours generic email address
. Assist other staff in the organisation with their enquiries
. Code and file material according to the established procedures
. Make travel, meeting and other arrangements for management team
. Use computer word processing, spread sheet and database software to prepare reports, memos and documents
. Ensure standards and templates are respected
. Update and ensure the accuracy of the organisation s databases
. Act as project coordinator for any events; bookings of air ticket and room
. Determine strategies to move the organisation forward, set goals, create and implement action plans and evaluate the process and results
Profile:
. Higher School Certificate or equivalent
. Diploma in Business Administration
. Minimum 3 years experience in similar position or supervisory position
. Excellent grooming and presentation
. Able to work methodically, accurately, neatly and work as part of a team
. Outgoing personality
. Excellent oral and written communication skills: English and French
. Interest in the spa and wellness industry
. Well versed in Outlook, Power Point, Word and Excel
. Strong administrative and personal assistant skills
. Strong organisational and time management skills
. Independent, self motivated and capable of taking initiatives
