Digital Marketing Assistant
Responsibilities
1.Manage information regarding Grays’ products for the websites
2.Handle, keep sync and grow the Database of product photos
3.Manage Clients Database and produce reports on CRM System
4.Generate sales reports to help us improve marketing campaign targeting and performance
5.Social Media moderation and online Customer Service
Education/Experience
1.Excellent writing and editing skills and French & English
2.Certificate in marketing and/or communication and/or social media is a plus
3.Experience or knowledge in Community Management and Digital Marketing
4.Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Web Design is an advantage
Additional Skills and Abilities
1.Capacity to use Microsoft Office tools
2.Ability to become a team player
3.Regular interaction on social media
