Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the property development is looking for a Development Manager/Executive.

 

Our client, in the property development is looking for a Development Manager/Executive.  

Reporting to the Head of Property, the successful candidate will be responsible to assist in the implementation and coordination of current and future projects of the company’s Property Portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Active participation to the full project lifecycle. This is from conception, design, costing and feasibility, legal and contractual, sales effort, construction finance up to final accounts. Project reporting is also a key element of his role.
  • Participate in the preparation of budgets, reporting of financial performance, project feasibility and risk assessment analysis
  • Follow up and report on financial status and variances in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare and update project plan for relevant projects
  • Monitor and coordinate project work progress; ensure that the project progress is in conformance with the budget, schedule and development guidelines
  • Prepare report regarding the status of the projects development cycle  
  • Follow up on permits application for relevant permits.
  • Track progress from the application stage to receipts of required approval/clearances  
  • Communicate, consult and liaise with a range of project stakeholders, internally and externally, while ensuring the proper communication flow.  
  • Liaise with local authorities and consultants, including organizing and attending meetings as and when required, to resolve outstanding matters  
  • Follow up with all parties to ensure that appropriate action on pending matters is done as required
  • Participate with team in finding new and innovative development initiatives.
  • Efficiently manage resources at disposal for delivery of his duties.          
  • Feedback to Head of Property with relevant information for periodic corporate reporting, such as Board and its sub-committees, as and when needed.
  • Interface and interact with company finance team as and when relevant, especially concerning morcellements, real estate and assets maintenance projects.

Qualifications:

  • Project/Civil/Building background
  • Good understanding of finance would be an advantage
