Responsible for the project delivery, management of development team and providing day-to-day technical management and process guidance.
Main Duties
Plan projects in order to accomplish its goals within constraints such as time, cost and agreed quality standards.
Schedule tasks, deadlines and milestones for all stakeholders and resources.
Coordinate all resources and stakeholders; set deadlines; assign responsibilities; and monitor, summarise, follow up and communicate the progress of the project.
Provide detailed explanations (written and graphical) of project processes.
Ensure that all contractual agreements with partners and contractors associated to project are established.
Disseminate project information to team through task and sub-tasks assignment based on requirements.
Liaise with all stakeholders, understand the requirements of the project and ensure that work proceeds on-spec.
Analyse project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Degree in Engineering or Quantity surveying or Project Management.
A minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
Proactive and Dynamic,
Performance driven
Result oriented.
Ability to work under stress
Excellent administration skills coupled with a high level of integrity.
Experience in retail would be an advantage
