- Handle bookings from overseas partners and issue invoices - Ensure that all requests are being manned quickly but with precision - Daily interaction with hoteliers & suppliers - Send tailor-made quotes - Follow up payments
EXPERIENCE:
- Min. HSC with at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position (DMC or hotel)
- Must be familiar to the trade jargon
- Perfect command of English & French (written/spoken)
- Should master outlook, word, excel, skype, i-cloud etc.
