DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist and support the Kitchen Chef in the preparation of different foods.
• Assist in all kitchen related activities including ordering for supplies and budget control.
• Assist with the coordination of banqueting events.
• Assist with the planning of menus.
• Assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of different foods.
• Ensure that food are served to the customers in a timely manner.
• Assist with the enforcement of health and safety standard within the kitchen
• Any other cognate duties related to your work.
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE:
• Holds at least a School Certificate.
• A minimum of 2 years working experience in the kitchen department.
• Knowledge in culinary functions.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work flexible hours.
