Data Center Officer

1. BIA MONTHLY FLEET REPORT (QLIKVIEW):

·         Ensure timely reports executions and distribution based on business requirements

·         Help to develop new reporting functionalities based on value creation

·         Support Telematics based developments and implementation in BIA SAPS environment

·         Database Management, define optimal data flow and process for each Data Center report

2. SUPPORT & EXTEND BIA TELEMATICS SERVICES DEPLOYMENT:

·         Define best telematics strategy and option for each OEM, segment & territories

·         Maintain & enforce standard BIA telematics fitments list for new/old equipment

·         Manage adequate communication strategy & ensure all homologation requirements are available

·         Anticipation and Integration of new telematics Standards (AEMP/ISO)

·         Development of new telematics area & collaborations (Mix, Modular, universal kit, etc…)

3. KOMTRAX COORDINATION:

·         Ensure Komtrax coordination & administration function for BIA Group (Africa & BENELUX)

·         Komtrax Expertise – Develop high level Komtrax competencies and become THE BIA Key user

·         Inform, train and promote all Komtrax functionalities and options to the business

·         Ensure Komtrax optimum performances in coordination with Komatsu Europe & Japan

·         Monitor system utilisation and improvement requirements

4. TELEMATICS PROJECTS SUPPORT (COMMERCIAL/TECHNICAL): ​

• Support specific projects executions on aspect related Telematics & Data management services​​
• Support our project team to promote our Data Center services on specific subject
• Advise best technical solution to be used on project deployment including ICT coordination if needed

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Licence or Bachelor degree in Engineering
• 2-3 years experiences in industrial/automotive Business or Data Fleet Management
• Qlikview, ICT or Telematics system knowledge will be an asset
