Description

The client is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Assistant

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Reply to sales queries to customers or other Teams
  • Query regarding posting of transactions/ status of requests (Phone & letters)
  • Other queries & requests, e.g. Relationship of accounts, Trade finance facilities
  • Provide statements and advice requests
  • Attend to any other customer requests made by RM
  • Opening of accounts
  • Closing of accounts
  • Signatories & signature maintenance
  • Standing instructions
  • Direct Debit
  • Sweep facilities
  • Hold orders
  • Cheque Book Request
  • Stop Payment
  • Send for amendment to deposit details (interest disposition/ early redemption etc)
  • Send for amendment to loan details (clear arrears/settlement account etc)
  • Assist Credit Services in monitoring of flaws
  • Timely monitoring of past dues
  • Assist RMs in restructuring/ settlement recommendation to Underwriting Team
  • Share background information with Monitoring Team for facilitating collection/ recovery where accounts go to Monitoring Team or recovery and Work Out
  • Good communication skills, fluent in English and French Customer Oriented Sound bank product knowledge
Profile:
  • 2 years experience in financial sector
  • HSC or equivalent
