Job brief

AXA Customer Services is looking for a customer-oriented service agent to manage end-to-end assistance cases, handle claims notifications and attend to claims queries. The customer service agent has the responsibility to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:
o Processing priority cases as determined by the management
o Ensuring the system is accurate and up to date at all times
o Ensuring that any complaints are responded to promptly by taking ownership and responsibility of customer enquiries efficiently
o Escalating issues and complaints to superior


COMPETENCIES
o Computer literate with a good level of typing skills
o Good level of spoken and written English 
o Excellent Telephone skills and customer service
o Previous experience within a call center and/or across different shift patterns is desirable, but not essential.
o An excellent communicator, capable of influencing and asserting opinion at all levels.
o Ability to demonstrate a highly professional work ethic.
o A high degree of drive and commitment is a must in this challenging role.
