Cim Finance Ltd is looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Accounts Clerk to work in its growing Factoring Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day debt collection process.
• Monitor debtors’ portfolio in terms of ageing.
• Establish and maintain an excellent client relationship.
• Issue reminder letters and escalate issues as per established operating procedures.
• Meet with non-performing clients and debtors for recovery of debts.
• Ensuring proper procedures are being followed at all times.
• Collaborate with the Operation team for claim management.
• Process and allocate payment received from debtors within agreed time frame and established processes.
• Issue reports as and when requested.

Candidate’s Profile

• Minimum Higher School Certificate
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service, preferably in Credit Management
• Excellent communication skills (English and French / Spoken and Written)
• Good negotiation skills
