The candidate will ensure assignment of crew complement qualifying regulations and requirements as well as smooth and timely deployment to vessels.
Responsibilities
Plan crew complement and coordinate crew changes and ensure planned joiners comply with the company s clients, flag s requirements with consideration to National and International applicable regulations;
Ensure that crew change is planned with consideration to the company s instructions and performed with most cost efficient options;
Control and validate invoices related to crewing matters;
Solves issues related to crewing and support Crew s motivation;
Ensure that Offshore personnel evaluations are carried out and recorded, identify training needs and promote high performers to management;
Generate Employment Agreement and termination letters of employment with consideration with offshore Personal employment contracts terms;
Record pay elements and information related to Crew Insurance;
Enroll Crew to training courses as per client requirements and training plan;
Support implementation of processes, tools and best practices.
Profile
A University Degree;
At least 4 to 5 years experience in administration and travel arrangement; Knowledge of marine industry and /or oil and gas industry will be a plus;
Organized, able to manage priorities and have strong attention to details;
Dynamic and polyvalent
Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills;
Able to work on multiple autonomously and be comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment;
Good knowledge of MS Office especially excel;
A perfect command of French and English is mandatory.
