Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the banking sector, is looking for a Credit Legal Security Manager.
Our client, in the banking sector, is looking for a Credit Legal Security Manager who will be primarily responsible for the daily operations of the Credit Legal Security Department and to ensure appropriate legal structure is in place, and to foster efficiency and optimise productivity. The incumbent will also be the contact person with legal advisers and other stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Manage the operations of the legal security team
- Maintain the relationship with external legal firm domestically and internationally
- Overview the preparation of all charge and legal documents
- Review of documents before registration to respective regulators
- Sign Off of all disbursement sheets prior disbursement take place and ensure all security is in place
- Compile Management Information for the Credit Department
- Review and work closely with the Sales / Treasury teams to ensure adequate security structure for all facilities and new products
Qualification:
- Holder of an LLB/ LLM or any related qualifications
- At least 4 years working experience in Corporate, International, Legal/Documentation departments
