Leal & Co Ltd is actually looking for a Credit Control Clerk.
MAIN FUNCTION:
Responsible to ensure efficient handling of appointments and timely processing of invoices after completion of repairs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-To efficiently maintain a proper follow up on all overdue customers
-To perform timely chasing towards all non performing customers and issue reminders at prescribed intervals
- To deal with all cases of delayed payment related to invoicing issues and to timely report and follow up the matter
-To built up a strong file for all hardship cases and to ensure that all supporting documents are available
-To create customer's account on the Database and to report exact customers details
-To attend to all request for credit facilities and ensure that all required documents are obtained to analyse the credit worthiness of the customer
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE;
- At least HSC (with accounting) or ACCA level 1
- A previous working experience in a credit control department
- Knowledge of a DMS software would constitute an advantage
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Fluent in French and English
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of an accounting software
- Good teamwork skills
