Alentaris is a Recruitment and HR consulting agency. We are looking for a Cost Controller with experience in the hotel industry. The position is based at Trou aux Biches.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Cost Controller will work alongside with the Hotel Accountant in overseeing the cost control function for all the hotels within the Group by analysing each department's ordering and consumption patterns and closely monitoring them to ensure that these adhere to the agreed budgets, costings and standards.
Ensuring proper systems and internal controls are in place to effectively safeguard all the hotels within the Group from possible losses and recognised risks which may occur due to several factors such as errors, fraud or a technological breakdown.
PROFILE:
Higher School Certificate and/ or Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
ACCA Level 1-2.
At least four to five years extensive related work experience in Management, Finance or Accounting.
Team player, keen to learn with a desire to excel and have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
