Job profile
- The Cost Controller will work alongside with Financial Controller overseeing the cost control hotel functions.
- Analysed each departments’ ordering and consumption patterns such as Food & Beverage Manager, Executive Chef, and Purchasing Manager.
- Closely monitoring them to ensure that these adhere to the agreed budgets, costings and standards.
- Ensuring proper systems and internal controls are in place to effectively safeguard all the hotels.
- Recognised risks which may occur due to several factors such as errors, fraud or a technological breakdown.
Qualifications
- HSC and/ or Diploma or Degree in Accounting; ACCA Level 1 -2.
- At least 3 to 5 years extensive related work experience in Management, Finance or Accounting.
- Team player, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
