Providing a range of corporate finance expertise covering fund raising, deal structuring, due diligence and valuations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide robust financial modelling including valuation, project cash flow, DCF, IRR to support the Advisory mandates
- Maintain and adapt financial investment appraisal models and manage bids and production of business cases
- Support business planning and advice on transaction or development opportunities
- Establish robust forecasting & budgeting processes, ensuring strong internal control and creating suitable reporting templates
Skills & qualifications required:
- Degree qualified; Degree in economics or finance preferred
- Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA) beneficial
- Excellent finance acumen
- Experience of investment appraisals, financial modelling and business planning
- Strong Excel modelling skills, including understanding of financial functions (NPV, IRR, PMT), IF functions and ability to construct pivot tables
- Tenacious and resilient, not afraid to challenge stakeholders
- Confident working within a team environment
