Concierge

To assist guests with reservations and queries, supervise guest arrival and departure, co-ordinate and arrange special requests and organise the delivery of guests’ luggage with porters under the supervision of the Head Concierge.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist guests with reservations and queries, supervise guest arrival and departure, co-ordinate and arrange special requests and organise the delivery of guests’ luggage with porters under the supervision of the Head Concierge.

EXPERIENCE
1) A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the hospitality industry.                                    

2) A minimum  of 1 year of working experience in a Front Office position in a 5 star resort. 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

1) High level of integrity.

3) Efficient, organised, dynamic and well groomed.                      

4) Ability to work under pressure.                                                                                

5) Attention to details.                                                                                                    

6) Excellent Guest Relations skills and good learning skills. 

7) Outgoing customer service skills with proactiveness in Guest’s request.

8)Outstanding sales capabilities.                                                             

9) Creative and innovative skills.

10)Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

11)Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French languages. A third language will be a definite advantage.

12)Willingness to work during odd hours, weekend and Public Holidays.                                                                                                                      

 13) A clean certificate of character is a must.
