Communication Executive

Responsibilities

• Preparing and implementing strategic plan for internal and external communication for the Company
• Working in close collaboration with management to design and implement marketing strategies in order to meet objectives in terms of sales and visibility of products and services
• Designing marketing and communication plan for promotion of products and services on a business to business basis (sales kit, letters to customers, mass e-mailing, newsletters to business partners and privileged customers etc.) and for launching of new products and services
• Preparing budget for the Communication department and all promotional activities of the Company
• Preparing and designing media (printed or digital) and internet (social media) campaigns for launch of new products and promotion of existing ones
• Working with communication agencies for development of communication campaigns and tools, whenever needed
• Developing content and managing company website and social media community
• Managing requests for sponsorship
• Ensuring that corporate identity is respected in all communication tools and materials
• Handling all CSR projects
• Assisting the HR department in organizing welfare activities for employees, sports day and end of year party
• Managing a small team of Communication Coordinators
