Our client, in the insurance sector, is looking for a Claims and Administrative Support (claims department).
Our client, in the insurance sector, is looking for a Claims and Administrative Support (claims department).
Reporting to the Administrative Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible to perform administrative support in a professional and timely manner.
Main responsibilities:
- Welcome and answer preliminary queries from clients
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Perform administrative duties
Qualification:
- Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent
- At least 1 year’s working experience
Candidate profile:
- Be proactive and dynamic
- Be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Be a team player
- Be conversant with MS Office Tools
