Bijou Bistro is located in Rathgar, Dublin, Ireland. We serve quality ingredients providing our Customers with Classic Bistro Favourites.
We now have vacancies for 2/3 positions as Chef de Partie. You will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the smooth running of our Ktichen ensuring that standards are maintained whilst ensuring minimum wastage and maximum customer satisfaction.
We are looking for "can do" team players with a friendly temperament who will relish the challenge.
Along with a minimum of 3-4 years experience you will need NCT1 or NCT2 or equivilant from a recognised Institute.
This position will require a Work Permit for Ireland, which the Company will apply and pay for. This process may take 2-6 months to complete.
