Orange Business Services Mauritius Ltd has devised a Customer Service & Operations model to deliver best- in- class NETWORK & IT services to our global customers.
Manage customer interactions; incoming/outgoing (via phone calls and emails) while applying a personalized approach.
Understand and qualify customer requests, record cases in ticketing systems.
Follow up/ escalate ticket with relevant technical team until incident resolution.
Provide regular updates to customer depending on the priority of the incident/request.
Update/close ticket as required.
Requirements:
Diploma/ IT certifications is a must
IT Literate ( Word , Excel, E-Mail...)
Good experience in Customer Relations
Excellent written and Spoken Skills ( English and French )
Knowledge of networking will be an advantage
Availability to work on 24/7 shifts (10hrs-19hrs/ 11hrs-20hrs/ 12hrs-21hrs)
