The MAU Professional Services Team is part of Project Consulting Group (PCG) which overlooks on the project management operations for most Teams under PS Organization. This extends in providing consultancy and support to different levels within PS and other business units in Ceridian.

 

Responsibilities

·         Building the Resource Capacity Planning report for Professional Services organization for both Core and DF

·         Assigning projects to Business Analysts and Developers based on their skillsets and Capacity Planning report

·         Ensuring projects are booked and processed as per SLA

·         Applying the Root Cause Analysis concept when required 

·         Preparing reports for billable projects

·         Processing Purchase Orders 

·         Investigating and resolving platform issues that would affect revenue

·         Auditing on completed projects that did not generate revenue due to glitches

·         Posting and approving Billable hours for Ceridian Contractors

·         Last approver and process discounted projects

·         Performing triage on incoming projects and initiating first customer’s contact before assigning to Business Analyst

·         Following up on projects and marked as cancellation where applicable

·         Preparing Data Integrity Report 

·         Creating and granting access on Dayforce for PS organization

·         Creating internal parent / child tickets for time-tracking on Dayforce for PS organization

·         Responding back to any query from customer after Project has been approved

·         Updating Netsuite with required information so that the Project can move forward and be assigned to a resource

·         Creating cases on NetSuite for non-billable project

·         Escalating to the right channel as many departments are involve I this process

·         Providing support to the team members

·         Preparing and updating Metrics report for the team as and when required

·         Carrying out process improvements including review/update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

·         Training /Coaching New hires

Qualifications:

  • ·         Higher School Certificate/ Diploma in Business Administration or IT
  • ·         Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • ·         Strong time management skills.
  • ·         Strong Analytical skills and customer focus.
  • ·         Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Access
  • ·         Basic Crystal and SQL would be an advantage.
  • ·         Ability to work in team environment.
  • ·         Flexible working hours as per process requirements.
