The client is seeking to recruit a Brand Executive/Chef de Pub
Responsibilities:
. Analyse the competition activities, and draw some conclusions from them
. Work with the client service director and/or Managing Director into the definition of brand, strategy proposals, marketing communication strategy and promotional campaigns
. Work on creative briefs and conduct briefing sessions with the relevant teams
. Attend meetings and receive client briefings/clients debriefs
. After each meeting a Contact Report need to be sent to clients
. Recommend to client the agency opinion on the various questions or requests
. Quickly and accurately relay Client s change orders to all appropriate agency staff
. Keep apprised of clients brands/ products/ services/ marketing developments
. Regularly check for and respond promptly to all client communications including calls, faxes and emails
. Check and approve creative/production materials, copy, layouts, and production art, and coordinate client approval of same
. Coordinate project timing and budgets with all relevant agency personnel to ensure proper delivery of the project within the budget and timing agreed with the client, and motivate the agency resources to achieve the same
. Follow up the invoicing process to ensure payment is done on time
. Provide support in presenting and selling proposal to the clients and driving the delivery of client s and offering guidance to all agency structures
. Ensure proper records and long term archive for all dealings with clients
. Follow up on all creative work with design and production
. Follow on jobs with clients to ensure that jobs are completed and billed on time
. Keep up with marketing and advertising trends and news
. Provide the company with the relevant information/studies/research for the accomplishment of the brief
. Can seek additional projects/new business from clients contacts
. Weekly update of all work in progress; weekly summary of all billing; regular update of job list; contact reports on all meeting with client
. Any other duties as assigned by management
Profile:
. Diploma/degree in marketing
. Experience 4 years minimum in Marketing/ Advertising Skills
. Marketing minded; Strategic; Brand lover; Rigorous; Accurate; Creative; Honest/ Trustworthy
