You are an ambassador for the brand. You take ownership of the store at a global operational level, both sales results and team. You inspire, lead and develop the team to offer the best service to our clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure achievement of the shop sales targets and key performance indicators, both at the individual and collective level.
• Ensure an engaging shopping experience for each client 
• Set an example and monitor service codes & attitudes within the team.
• Set an example and contribute to daily operation and tasks
• Guarantee the consistency of merchandising, grooming, and posting.
• Coordinate communication counter events and store animations.
• Perform sales analysis and propose actions for improvement.
• Manage back-office efficiently: sales analysis & reporting, stock management and shift schedule.
• Collaborate closely with sales supervisor or head office and proactively provide feedback for continuous improvement
