Strong knowledge in making Croissant

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work under direction of the Bakery chef to ensure that breads and viennoiserie are produced as per airline specifications.

-Knowledge in the use of bakery/pastry equipment.
EXPERIENCE
- NTC Level 3 in Food & Production from a recognised institution
- Those with training in HACCP is an added advantage.
- At least 1 year of similar experience in a High Grade restaurant or at a 4-5 star hotel.
- Fresher may also be considered.

Candidates must POSSESS a WOW Attitude.
