Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, a service provider, is looking for an Assistant to the Accountant.

 

Our client, a service provider, is looking for an Assistant to the Accountant.

The successful candidate will assist the Accountant and will be responsible for:

Main responsibilities:

  • Scanning and filing of incoming and outgoing invoices.
  • Booking of incoming and outgoing invoices.
  • Payments to suppliers.
  • Debtors/creditors reconciliations.
  • Reconciliation of bank transactions prior to booking.
  • Assist the Accountant as and when required in his tasks.
  • Any other cognate duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualification:

  • Qualifications: HSC with accounting as subject.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in the accounts department.

Candidate profile:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Detail focused.
