Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the hospitality sector, is looking for an Admin/Front desk/Reservations Agent.

 

Our client, in the hospitality sector, is looking for an Admin/Front desk/Reservations agent.

Reporting to the GM and the Resort Manager, the successful candidate will ensure a professional customer service to the clients in a timely manner.

Main responsibilities:

  • Perform Front desk of the Operation center.
  • Take Reservations and all related implications.
  • Understand and properly communicate to:
  • Guests on the availability and extent of services (Accommodation, Concierge, etc…)
  • Owners on the extent of our services.
  • Do some administrative functions.
  • Drive initiatives and recommendations to capture more bookings.

Qualification:

  • Minimum HSC.
  • 2-3 years’ experience within the hospitality sector in a similar position.

Candidate profile:

  • Customer oriented
  • Good communication skills, English and French (oral and written)
  • Conscientious, meticulous and Organize
  • Good with Excel
