We are looking for someone who can work in our accounts department in an administrative role, capturing daily and monthly entries on Quickbooks and answering the phone. Keeping all filing up to date and assisting where necessary.
Key Resposibilities:
Processing Monthly and Daily invoicing on Quickbooks
Sending out monthly Statements to customers
Filing, keeping all paper work up to date and in order
Answering the telephones and handling customer quiries
Assisting Senior Accounts Clerk and Accounts Manager where needed
Reporting to Accounts Manager and Financial Director
Must be willing to learn and evolve with the company, work in a team and fit into our company culture. Fluent in English and French. Live close to Black River.
