Accounts and Admin Clerk

A subsidiary of Leal Group is actually looking for an Accounts Clerk.

 

Responsibilities

-To follow up and process sales invoices/job card/delivery notes

-To orgasnise dispatch of invoices and statement of account to customers

-To assist in the posting of journal transactions and maintain accounting records

-To assist in the preparation of accounting reports and queries

-To assist in monthly and year end stock count-fixed asset inventory

-To prepare purchase orders

-To order stationeries and other office supplies

-To manage archive and customer dossier

-To answer incoming calls

-To perform other administrative tasks  ( Filing/postage/scan of documents/quotes requests)

 

Requirements

-HSC Level with Accounting as main subject

-At least 2 years working experience in the field of Administration and Accounting/Finance

-Computer literate with ability to learn new accounting software applications

-Able to work both independently as well as a member of a team

-Dynamic, hardworking, pro-active and pleasant personality

-Good planning and well organised

-Fluent in Engliseh and French
