The job holder will provide comprehensive accounting and administrative support to the Finance department.
- To maintain financial and statistical records and files up-to-date.
- To prepare reports from statistical and financial information to ensure management receives appropriate information in an accurate and timely manner.
- To maintain e.g. ledgers/statements/accounts and within established procedures, take appropriate action to secure or make payment/resolve discrepancies.
- To process related financial data including posting debits and credits; recording weekly receipts and balances with computer printout; examining and recording financial transactions; allocating charges to proper departmental/company accounts.
- To prepare requisitions and general vouchers.
- To interface with other departments so as to obtain information to verify and/or support financial records and to answer to queries.
