Good communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS
Good HSC - Maths and Accounts.
Acca Qualified.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Building up of monthly management accounts of the group Companies; and consolidation thereafter.
Preparation and review accounting reconciliations - Bank, Debtor, Creditor, Stock and Intercompany.
Submission of MNS Returns - APS/CTX/VAT/NPS/PAYE/TDS/ROE etc.
Ongoing monitoring of accounts team and reporting offices abroad.
Good Knowledge of Employees Act and Payroll Calculation.
Liaison with regulatory authorities - MRA/FSC/BOI etc..
Cash Flow Management and effective chase up of debtors.
Review and Approve all purchase orders and payments to suppliers.
Detailed financial review of all the accounts of the subsidiaries and reconciliation of  accruals, prepayments and depreciation accounts.
Semi-Annual Budgetting and Forecast preparation.
Assist external audit and ISO audit.
