The job incumbent shall be responsible for the sales and marketing of products and thrive towards meeting and exceeding monthly sales and gross profit target. He/She shall also be responsible for managing clients’ accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and bringing new clients to the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new customer accounts;
- Develop new business opportunities with both existing and new clients;
- Prepare and send quotations as per clients’ requests;
- Market all Harel Mallac Technologies Ltd. products and services;
- Follow up on clients as to impending purchases;
- Conclude sales by processing purchase orders made by clients and performs invoicing;
- Input invoices in logbook for delivery purposes;
- Contact supplier’s to check and confirm stock availability;
- Manage client’s account and customer portfolio;
- Ensure that sales are meeting or exceeding monthly sales target;
- Perform regular visits to existing clients accompanied by the Product Manager to present new products and/or other existing products that may be of interest to the client;
- Maintain good relations with existing clients through regular and continuous visits;
- Visit potential new clients having previously called or requested for quotations;
- Follow up on interested clients;
- Liaise with debt collectors for customer payment related issues;
- Liaise with the Accounts Department for the input of product in system;
- Enquire about the operating condition of the product;
- Enquire about the client’s satisfaction level concerning the quality of service;
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing;
- Ability to understand the market evolution and industry’s current and future requirements;
- Have an excellent customer service;
- Have an excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Have a good written and spoken English and French;
- Have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar position in a dynamic working environment;
