Processing Customer Orders in SAP including special requests or special orders and managing workflow through CIM

 

KEY TASKS:
-Processing Customer Orders in SAP including special requests or special orders and managing workflow through CIM 
-Email inquiries and follow up on open order processing issues with customers 
-Interact with Sales Team to clarify order processing discrepancies ( pricing, etc). 
-Capable to resolve internal/external customer requests/queries via email, fax & chat. 
-Deliver the results as per process requirements 
-Liaise with manufacturer and internal customer from time to time in providing resolution 
-Up skill process knowledge from time to time 
-Ability to delight customer above and beyond the call of duty 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
-Excellent communication skills in English, French and Spanish (both written and verbal) 
-Typing skills – minimum of 25 wpm with an accuracy of 90% and above preferred 
-Strong analytical & problem solving skills 
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel 
-Good organization skills 
-Willingness to work in shifts as per business requirements 
-Good decision making skills 
-Ability to learn VWR terminology
